Project Summary

Lulu Lounge is my personal community management laboratory where I design, test, and refine Discord systems before applying them to real communities. It serves as both an active community and a portfolio demonstrating my approach to community operations, onboarding, moderation, documentation, branding, and scalable server design.

Challenge

Many Discord communities evolve organically, leading to cluttered channel structures, inconsistent branding, confusing onboarding, fragmented documentation, and operational knowledge that exists only inside staff conversations.

The objective was to build a server that demonstrates practical best practices while remaining enjoyable to use as an everyday community.

Reflection

Lulu Lounge continues to evolve as both a working community and an experimentation space. Treating it as a living project allows me to continuously refine onboarding, moderation, documentation, and operational systems before applying those lessons to client communities.
